FASHION DESIGN / ART - Mother of pearl

This. is. Great.

This year, Mother of pearl has collaborated with celebrated artist Fiona Banner to produce a series of prints, wich are the foundtions of the collection. Much of Banner's work steams from her fascination of language. Recently Bannar has explored publishing as a performative act.

Her taste is quite silent but expressive.
As she wants to draw with a pencil rather than a paint markers. I catch this article on Style bubble blog. I remember when I worked on university project between Nike and Rick Owens, melting the confort of a jumpsuit with a super-fine cuts or with a particolar textile tecnology , basically simple but sophisticatedly perfect...mmmh.. you would discover  new hidden flavour in Sportswear garnments.

INSPIRATION - The Sketchbook project

It's like a concert tour, but with sketchbooks.
Thousands of sketchbooks will be exhibited at galleries and museums as they make their way on tour across the world.
After the tour, all sketchbooks will enter into the permanent collection of The Brooklyn Art Library, where they will be barcoded and available for the public to view.
Anyone - from anywhere in the world - can be a part of the project. To participate and have us send you a sketchbook that will go on tour, start by choosing a theme to the right.

MUSE - Chloé Sevigny

I am in love with Cholé Sevigny and her naturally way of being a beautifully tomboy with messy hair and a revolutionary heart.

Here below some pics of my Muse. Enjoy:)
